一、欲到中国办理结婚登记的应办理无配偶证明。申请人系中国公民的请按无配偶声明书公证要求办理。

二、办理程序

　　1、在当地公证处（NOTARY PUBLIC）办理单身声明书（AFFIDAVIT OF SINGLE STATUS）公证。该证明书须写明当事人出生时间、地点、护照号码及婚姻状况；

　　2、向巴林外交部申办认证；

　　3、向中国驻巴林使馆申办认证。

　　4、向中国大使馆申请认证，应填写《中华人民共和国驻外使领馆认证申请表》一份，按照认证程序提供相应材料

   5、认证收费、取证

三、注意事项：

　　1、每人只能办理一份单身证明。

　　2、单身证明书有效期为6个月（自使馆签发认证之日起）。经巴林公证员公证的单身声明书(AFFIDAVIT OF SINGLE STATUS)须在签发之日起三个月内办妥巴林外交部的认证，并向使馆申办认证。

　　3、《中华人民共和国婚姻法》规定，结婚年龄，男不得早于22周岁，女不得早于20周岁。
